Re: Lt 1 ??
I just did a leakdown test on my engine as well as check some valve springs. Leakdown was pretty good and in-line with what I was told about these blocks. Springs had the same pressure as when I installed them but I am replacing them all with another brand. TOM T. ....I bought one of those K&N direct to t-body filters but find I will have to modify the water pump housing to get it on. I need to block off the top outlet at the t-stat housing and weld in a hose adapter on the side. Is that the way you got one on your stuff?

Re: Lt 1 ??
Rich, there is a K & N air filter that will bolt right on your Throttle Body, it is for a Marine application, Run's the same ET on or off, a very good piece.

Re: Lt 1 ??
Woodro...I got one like we talked about but it hits the t-stat housing. It is somewhat oblong shaped and the flange goes directly on the t-body, perfect fit. It will not go on with the t-stat housing in place as the lower part of the filter hits that housing. The one I got is KN part # 59-5050. It's listed as a marine spark arrestor. If there is one that fits with the t-stat housing in place it's not the one I have.

Re: Lt 1 ??
Rich go to www.knfilters.com and go to search and type in the number and they have a good view of it there!

Re: Lt 1 ??
Woodro, I saw a race car with a K&N like the one I got a couple years ago and that's what led me to buy the one I have. It is tapered front to back. I think I can weld in a hose adapter on the side for the rad. hose. There was an outlet there probably for a heater hose fitting I'd guess. I did see the 5020 but remebered that tapered one I saw on a car and ordered something that had that tapered shape.
