Wow. Very sorry to hear this. Dave and I raced each other many times over the years and I ended up writing an article about him for Super Stock & DI. He was great guy and great racer. RIP.

17 mins · The members of the New Breed are extremely sad to announce that longtime member and great friend Dave LeBrun has passed away, Dave was a huge part of the Club and was the Club President many times throughout the years. His Racing accomplishments are extremely impressive which include National Events Wins, Divisional Event Wins along with many other types of wins and Championships, Dave was also well known for his L & L Auto Machine Service Business which built many great engines for customers all over, he will be missed by many and we will cherish our Awesome memories of Dave forever. For anyone that would like to attend Dave's service it will be held on Jan. 25 th at 10am at the St John Church 22 Maple Ave. in Uncasville CT. 06382

None of us are getting younger, how about taking the time to tell those that you would miss, that you love them. For those of us that are terminal, take the time to visit or call those friends and family that will miss you, let them know that you love them. Point is....when they are gone, it is too late unless you meet in heaven.

A fixture at Conn. Dragway winners circle, when I was growing up. L&L Machine was among THE best. I met his brother Bob a few years ago at a company seminar, and he told me that Dave was in the final pair to go down that dragstrip. Condolences to his family and friends.
