As an old racer once told me; "All the experts don't live out of town, listen to what your car is trying to tell you."

Part of the enjoyment is doing my own work. Some of the machine work is beyond what I have in my shop so I get another old fart to help me out with that. (trade for transmission work) Besides, when you go with an oddball combo, there is not much "expert" help available.
