Default TNT Super Series kicks off 8 races in 6 weeks this weekend!

Sam LoVetro Automotive and Steve's Electric present western New York double!

After a rainy start to the season, the Joe's Transmission TNT Super Series will begin a marathon of events between now and Labour Day. This weekend will see the popular sportsman series return to Elegant Builders Raceway Park (Lancaster, NY) on Friday night and Empire Dragway (Leicester, NY) on Saturday.

With three rainouts at EBRP so far this year, this Friday will mark the first time the TNTSS competitors get on the 1/8th mile track. "This is a re-scheduled event from the beginning of the season," said Ted Barnes, TNTSS Director. "It was actually RACE 1 and will be presented by Sam LoVetro Automotive." LoVetro coincidentally is sitting second in the 2013 TNTSS points chase.

Saturday's event at Empire is a re-scheduled event from Memorial Day weekend and is presented by Steve's Electric. "We had our best car count ever - 35 cars - at Empire earlier this year so we're very excited to return!"

Competitors should note that Empire has moved the Saturday start time to one hour earlier. Gates open at noon, time trials at 1:00, qualifying at 2:00. Friday's race at EBRP is the normal gates open at 3:00 with qualifying at 5:00.

"The TNTSS goes to New York this weekend, St Thomas (Ontario) next weekend, then two weeks off and then another New York double followed by a Canadian double on Labour Day weekend," added Barnes. "And the Dilts Piston Hydraulics Race of Champions is in there as well!"

With the new payout structure allowing for many more $1000/win events, the Joe's Transmission TNT Super Series are MUST ATTEND events!
