KELSON & KELSON STOCK/SUPERSTOCK SERIES - RACE 4 REPORT
Miramichi Dragway, August 4, 2024
Race Sponsor: Kelson & Kelson Ltd. (Terry Kelson)

The fourth race of the ACSSA 2024 season was a make-up race for the rained out June 29th race. With the National Open having wrapped up the day before this date was chosen for the make-up due to the large number of class cars present. Sure enough, 27 cars made the call for the single Qualifying session. The hot weather continued, with temperatures still reaching into the 90s, a DA varying from 2600-3300', and Water Grains at 110+. 7 racers qualified better than 1 second under, with Guy Desjardins at the top in his 1967 Camaro at -1.17 under his Index.
At the end of the day Mike Ingram stood in the Winners Circle with the big cheque, while Ben Kelly took the Runner-Up honours. Congrats!
