Sorry for not responding sooner ,got a lot going on.
I really didn't make any final patterns of the clutch setup since it was refined over a few weeks of building.
Here are a few pictures to give you an idea of how I did Eric's DragPak.
The sleeve is bushed and is welded thru the frame rail and the supported at the bellhousing .
I'm looking for a better picture of the bellhousing end .
You will have to fabricate a custom shifter mount and longer linkages.
The left side of the tunnel will also need work to clear the linkage .

Thanks Tom. I appreciate the pictures and description.
I could tell before that it's going to be complicated to switch to mechanical linkage...and it is.
Definitely not a "bolt it" operation.

Happy New Year!

It is a stock SBM (LA) bolt and dowel arrangement, but you can get a bellhousing with left or right starter locations. Right side starter helps with steering shaft clearance.

I made a custom fork using the inner part of the stock type fork for the one I built .
The basic location is ok. ....Just needs a little more length and a straighter line out of the bell and I prefer to have a direct link instead of a push pin.
These are MR2 Race Cars headers for the DragPak 360 shown in my previous pictures

Yes , 1/2" T6 . The picture was taken before I did the final trimming in front of the shifter . .... You don't realize how far back the driver placement is until you see stuff like the shifter.
