Default 78 Buick 150hp Turbo Combination

Saw this car on Racing Junk and wondered about the potential of the combination for U/SA.

Looks like the same cam, heads, pistons as the 165hp 4bbl engine. I'm guessing the 2bbl carb and maybe turbo size may limit the combo.
Thoughts?

It is a good U/SA. Great V/SA.

Neil Smedley built that car and sold it to Vic Hobbs. Vic sold it to the present owner.

Neil PM'd me and we talked about. I was interested but the car has been sold. Probably be too expensive to build one from scratch.

Thanks for your input.

Kelly, Actually turbo cars aren't necessarily more expensive to build.
There is a lot of trick stuff that you wouldn't need.
You just have to be ready for some unexpected maintenance one in a while.
There are lots of good non turbo V/SA combinations left if you decide to go that route.
You have my number, I think.
