probably cuz he hit his index 2 HUN Permanent and didn't want to risk it any further---He ran it out far enough to see if his opponent would make a mistake then lifted to save his index---FED 387

Fed .. possible but think more to the story as Brians .013 to Tanks .096 Brian had lots of leeway to better judge finish & save index & to go like 30 mph slower than every previous round must have been something mechanical
