I am trying to locate either one of these guys. Any help would be appreciated

If your thinking of the Joe with the 63 Plymouth "Breathless" he and his son Joe Jr. run/own Metro Truck Leasing or rental located in Beltsville, Maryland. I have'nt seen them in a few years, but they used to test quite a bit in Budds Creek @ MIR. I'm sure Royce Miller has contact info if nothing else works for you.
