He does. Always sends out a very detailed report. Unfortunately this time he didn’t have much to report. The NHRA a guys are sitting on it for a while. That means they probably had no thoughts on the subjects before hand. None of it pertains to me except possibly the GT rule. But most likely I would never make that move again.

I modified your quote a little, but it seems to apply to the recent blinder rule. Appears that one racer brought it up and the NHRA ran with it.
