Default Legal aluminium radiator GM G body

What's the best one? What's the inexpensive one?....thanks

Can't speak on legality but I just bought a all aluminum on ebay for 129.00 free shipping and it fit in Stock location and mounts on my 84 monte. It's was a 3 row as I drive car on street in Az

I walked in Advance Auto Parts and asked for a replacement radiator for my car, came in the next morning. Exact, drop-in replacement. $103.00. Works great.

I agree with Painter although mine came from AutoZone ( probably the same) ; lightweight , direct fit and low price --81 Malibu .

Bolting a radiator into a G body would technically not be legal.

G Body radiators are held in by the fan shroud.

Are you saying the shroud can be eliminated now (which would totally negate the no modfication wording in the rules)?

FWIW, an F body aluminum core-plastic tank radiator fits the stock G body shroud.

No..I was speaking figurtively. ...I should have said. .installs as factory original.
