360 magnum heads
Hi all,
i am newish to class racing and very new to this combo Of the heads listed below considering the extra weight they may be carried. what is the head of choice for a 360 Dakota stock elim truck and who is the preferred head/ valve job person for the magnum heads. all opinions positive or other wise appreciated thank you for your help in advance Kurt Bastian Cylinder Heads: 53006671 53020466 Edelbrock aluminum 61767 MoPar Performance P5007140. discontinued but can be found MoPar Performance P5155469 |

Dakotas are very front end heavy so anything that can remove weight is
a benefit...that being said since NHRA had Edelbrock make the "767" head legal that is the way to go....now unless things have changed (I doubt it) you will need to sleeve the guides down to 8 mm since the Edelbrock head comes with 11/32 guides.....pm me if you want more info D L Rambo.....Stk 1300 |
