Re: Top Ten Coolest Wagons
I know the intent of this post was current S/SS, but the wagons have come out of the woodwork.
I worked at Conn. Auto Trans.( see rear side glass) in Bpt, and years before I got there, they did the torque-flite in this wagon. They had a picture of it on the wall. Does anybody remember this from Ct. Dragway? Mike A114 Last edited by Mike Jones; 12-01-2017 at 08:11 PM. |

Re: Top Ten Coolest Wagons
Seems to have turned into an all time Wagon favorite. Still cool, love any wagon racing!

Would always see this wagon at Dover Drag Strip in Wingdale, NY. running back in the early 70's. Back then they would have 2 separate eliminators for stock and SS. I was running stock back then in my 69 Camaro, but I will bet the likes of Lee Valentine and his Dad, Tom along with Mark Yac competed against "Led Zeppelin ".

Re: Top Ten Coolest Wagons
Kenny,
This thread went sideways only because we love wagons! How about doing one for convertibles? |
