Default P/G adjuster rod

I've got a stock P/G case that came with a car I bought. It has the hole for the band adjuster bored slightly over sized. Still has the stock threads, but down in the case the hole is larger, all the way through, than another stock case I have compared it to.. It has a rear roller bearing, too.
I was told it had a harder over sized adjuster rod for high apply pressure on the low band. Have you ever heard of such a part? Who sells it if you have? I hate to scrap the case because the rod moves around too much.

Adger,

Scotty Stites will known and if there is such a thing he will have it or can get it 662-587-3606.

I know about a heat treated adjuster but "so far" have not heard of an oversize.
