I'd vote for that.

That was my first thought!

Rules is rules. It doesn't hurt my feelings at all for NHRA to not have crate motor Stock.

Really? No grade points, tempting but I have to support my local track with the IHRA pro-am, but if the same thing applies for the Virginia race, I just might continue on from MIR.

No super stock at Z Max this year. Wish they were running SS...if so I would be there. Track was great for me last year and the place was packed w/ spectators. You couldn't even get standing room only tickets on Saturday afternoon. They won't have a problem w/ spectator counts at both nationals next year, however, racer/car counts may be a different story.

Tracy:

When I made my post I did not realize they were not running Super Stock. I was so ready to try to enter and just wanted an idea of how much entering would cost.

Why would you not run Super Stock in the heart of Super Stock racing?

With the total number of sportsman entries I would think they (NHRA) are wishing super stock was included...it's just our year to sit out. We'll be there for both races next year hopefully.

With car counts down, do you think they may stop excluding one next year? Nah, probably just raise prices again.
