Snake hunting ? Well I guess that's easier then Chrysler hunting when you have to run a car that got the gift of a pen and got to utilize aftermarket heads without the same weight penalty as others. But because ing as I won't make this trip this is literally all I will say about it.

Re: "Live" from Norwalk 2017
Well we are here in Linders Lot # 38. I am a little disappointed that none of my buddies on here didn't tell us that they opened at 8 am yesterday morning!! We could have skipped the night at Walmart and driven straight here! Oh well.
More later. It is breakfast time! |

Re: "Live" from Norwalk 2017
Well it has been a slow laid back day here. Linders Lot is still not full. Probably still under 100 rigs here! Should be parking at 7 in the morning!

Re: "Live" from Norwalk 2017
Not trying to send negative waves, but the National weather service is forecasting a lot of rain for the Ohio Valley for this weekend do the tropic depression going over Louisiana
now. I'm hoping for all the racers that the forecasters are wrong. Norwalk is the next race on my bucket list. Good Luck to all the racers. Casey Miles 248H Stock |

Re: "Live" from Norwalk 2017
We are in and parked and I have even straightened up the motor home this morning and mopped the floor! It is a beautiful day with a little breeze blowing! Rigs have been filing in continuously. They started out saving all the spaces in the space closest to staging for comp, top dragster and top sportsmen. So we are parked on the edge closest to the track as you go up the hill. Still a great spot! But now everything is being parked there!!
Anyway we are ready for another great race!! |

Does anyone know if they will close pit parking at 5 today like it says in the online schedule. We are only arriving a little later this evening.

Re: "Live" from Norwalk 2017
Larry and Ms.Patsy, hated to leave, and miss my "hometown" Natl event, but, my little 4 legged buddy required that I withdraw and make a quick trip back to Florida. It's all good now, and I hope you guys can go some rounds and win (again) at Norwalk. Here's hoping the Skyy is blue and plenty of it this weekend ! See ya soon... JB
