Results of races #3 and #4 at TMP

With the pits full of racecars and trailers, the Sportsman series Combo of the DSE bracket series, the TNT Super Series and our Can-Am Stock/Super Stock series looked to be two days of non-stop Sportsman racing.
However, mother Nature had other plans for Saturday’s race as rain continued through most of the day cancelling the first day of racing.
Sunday, however, was a different day with hot, humid summer-like conditions.

As usual, Mike Kolne and son had the track in good shape despite all the water from Saturday and the sunny, hot track conditions of the day. Thanks, Mike.

With Sunday’s race under way, 41 Can-Am Stock/Super Stock cars were in attendance and ready to race.
After 6 rounds of some very close racing, Brian Clayton’s Port Perry based GT/EA Camaro bested the ‘68 Crate motored Camaro of Tony Valerio in the finals.
Pat Hoekstra was the winner of the Dilts Piston Hydraulics $100 entry award.
