Default 2020 NHRA event schedule, am I reading this right?

If I’m reading this right , I hope I’m not. This states No stock eliminator in Gainesville, Vegas 1 , and Houston? No Super Stock in Gainesville, Vegas 1 or Dallas? WTH? Is this the start of the “phase out”? Looks like we have to run the “eliminator” at the corresponding LODRS. With quotas tightening up and now no national at my home track.... now what? Is this going to be a rotation or???

The way I read it they are running the eliminater for Stock and Super/Stock at all the events but, alternating class for stock and super/stock at those events mentioned and in reference to Houston and Dallas, class elimantions have been ran that way for many years.

To answer your first question ,...you are not reading it right ...the phase out started years ago,

Thats a class schedule. Go to the event registration page and it shows all the classes being run and there quota's.

class eliminations are moving to the divisionals, they got away with it at gainesville last year so 4 this year ... adds entries to divisonals, makes us enter two $$ races to get wally and gets us out of thier way ....
of course the HUGE spectator crowd at the divisionals will be the only ones to actually see what class racing is about ... no chance we might gain a fan or two.

get used to it we just piss them off and they figured out how to make MORE money on us, and shorten national event staffing !

I'm not sure I understand this part of the argument. If you're someone who really enjoys racing class, you don't even need to run the national events anymore. That's a lot less expensive and time consuming.

They really changed things around. ProStock Bike at Seattle, they have never raced there before.
And no ProStock at Brainerd, home to several of the classes best … or St Louis where most of their cars are built?

I think they screwed up and put the numbers in the wrong column.
