MSD E mail Techline
I have tried E Mailing MSD at msdtechline@msdignition.com It comes back as non deliverable
Searched online but only telephone number. Does anyone know a correct e mail for MSD technical help for ignitions? I dont want to wait on hold forever and I want info in writing. Steve Teeter. B/SA 620 |

Re: MSD E mail Techline
Unknown about their e mail. But I had a friend call them ( I told him to ask for joe) no luck with that. But the guy he got blew him off. No help at all. I ended up walking him through his issues on a FaceTime call. Very disappointed when these companies get sold and all tech help goes to ****!

Been a while but I think their web site has a forum for tech questions.

Re: MSD E mail Techline
Being that you can't reach Joe Pando and this is Stock and Super Stock Tech, what is your ignition question?

Understand Sequence and 30 degrees max combining all three retard wires BUT, Can one put 12 Vs to the Pink wire , then remove it and put 12 Vs to the Violet wire or does power have to remain to the Pink Wire to make then the Violet wire function and so on to Tan wire ? Or do all three operate independently of each other with 15 degree max to a single wire. |

Re: MSD E mail Techline
Couldn't you test it, possibly without the car even running, with the Graphview software showing you which/how many retards are active when applying 12v to each wire?

Running the engine and having three separate switches with a 12V power source and then with a Timing light , put 12V to each wire separately to verify timing changes. Then you would know for sure does each wire operate independently of the other or not. Someone at MSD has to know the answer that would save the time, expense and effort of doing this. |
