I guess I should clearify that. In Div 2 they won't let a 7.50 car in. I had thought about running top sportsman several years ago and at the time my car was certifyed to 7.50 and was told they weren't going to let me run it because if they started letting 7.50 cars in the class, then they would have to start policing all the runs and who was legal. I rechassised my car and it now is a 6.0 cert, but I made the decision to not run top sportsman because it was getting to where some people were driving way over there head and taking a lot of unnecesssary chances and causing a lot of crashes and I wanted no part of that. Good luck though, if you are going to continue the fight to get a roadster into the class. Just don't see it happening

Sounds like the tech guys were just being lazy. LOL

I don't plan to fight for it, but I just think there should be some other options for roadsters. It would probably make more sense to let them in to Top Dragster, which would be fine with me.

Rock,

The motor is going to Schmidt's next week, so I could just have him punch it out. Although I don't know if I really need to run any faster. LOL

The car sat for about a month and I was going to spin it over to fog the motor. When I hit the starter it just grunted! I pulled all the plugs and 4&6 were both full of water! Still not sure why. I am hoping it was a head gasket. Smurf is going to pull it all apart and find out what's going on. I never had any issues all season.
