Indy, quotas, waiting lists and pull outs.
I've only been going to Indy for a couple years, but it follows most of the other popular events where people pull out a week before, and most of the time, the event ends up being run below the quota.
With all the people asking for spots to get in Indy this year in stock and super stock, do you think.... Those who can get in without adhering to the quota will wait long enough to wait for the pullout for people to backfill those spots, if they are even allowed to wait that long Will the event go off with an over quota amount of racers? I am not sure the last time that happened.

Re: Indy, quotas, waiting lists and pull outs.
Last year there were 146 on the Stock Q sheet but not sure how many might have entered and then elected to forfeit their entry and not run. If memory serves (and it frequently doesn't) Super Stock has always had enough drops for someone to get in on Monday but I sure wouldn't count on that in Stock unless there's an extreme amount of carnage at Bowling Green. Think there's still a few who are guaranteed entry that aren't on the list yet as well (and bless them for holding off).
I'm interested in hearing other's thoughts and sure miss Jeff's prediction for what it will take to make the top 128.
