Head rest in first gen camaro
I have a 68 camaro with the low back seats, and was wanting to find out how the head rest is made off of the roll bar in other cars.
Thanks Chris |

Re: Head rest in first gen camaro
do you have a roll cage or a roll bar in your car??? If you have a roll cage you probably have a brace/support of some sort going behind the drivers seat from side to side -----If you do have it this way the way I did mine was to fabricate a piece of aluminum tubing about 2-3 inches in diameter with bolts thru it took it to a auto upholstery shop had it coverd to match the seats and then drilled holes in the brace and bolted it all together---Hope this helps Comp 387

Re: Head rest in first gen camaro
Chris, ART has a kit that I used on my '67 Camaro with an eight point bar, it's complete with padding and upholstery (black only).
