Default Pit Pal help

Just installed my new set of slick hangers. Real nice and fairly easy to install.
The question I have is that the whell is spaced away from the mount and wall by about 2 inches. I remember Don Little told me he had to modify them for the stocker wheels *15x10x4.5 backspace)
Any ideas for a sturdier mount so the tire doesn't wobblr side to side?
All suggestions are welcome
Thanks

in our trailer we installed a bar between the two slick hangars so they would not wobble side to side, we basically made our hangars a one piece unit
