What ship are you talking about? So the fans have witnessed this little scheme play out before? Where? You obviously think rule changes will help you win races. You want the fast FS cars to wait 3 or 4 seconds for you while you have a clean tree and a chance at redemption if your opponent has a worse light. Would you like anything else while you're here?

Umm, the "fans" that are watching Stock and SS probably know the "rules" as well or better than we do. The other "fans" are there for the Funny stuff.
If a FS car is waiting "3 or 4 seconds for you", he HAS a "clean tree".

Unless I’m missing something, and I usually do...it seems to me the slow car has only 1 advantage, a clean tree, while the fast guys have HAD 2, somewhat insulated from the red light and the great advantage of having the race and stripe in front of them.

This kind of evens the playing field

Bruce, I have noticed your attacks on others in the past, was never
part of your double talk until now. I didn't say if I was pro or con TruStart,
so no, there is nothing else I want at this time. If and when I do, do I
contact you directly or go through your steward?

I'm not for True Start. What happens on identical red lites? Rerun, first lite looses, does the last light loose, or is the "program" set up so left lane always wins if tied at the seventh place to the right of decimal point?
Timing system goes past 3 decimal places. Just like now. See Vegas Divisional Round 5 SG. Both lanes with -.005 reaction times. Winner and loser determined immediately. Was watching on D3TV.

So how far to the right of the decimal point will it go before it stops and declairs a winner, or will it be Pi?

Of all of the problems facing drag racing, and especially class racing, we're going to hear all about this crap again? Which will address none of the serious problems killing the sport.

Have at it folks. Keep worrying about getting a band aid on that stubbed toe. Never mind the patient having a sucking chest wound, and COPD.

Same distance to the right as on ET dials at finish line. I think 9 spots. Never heard of a concern about that scenario. Why now about the reaction time?

Alan with all due respect, you are right about alot of serious problems in class racing but unfortunately our sanctioning body cares nothing about those as we both know. Not a whole lot you or I or nobody else on this board can do about it either.
