Thumbs up Advanced 8” Alumimum Billet Clutch

I tested my new 8 “Advanced Aluminum Billet clutch today. In 120 degree track temperatures I went 1.442 60 ft times. Made three runs and all three had 60’ times of 1.441 to 1.443. The track temperature on the last run was 135 degrees. Even with the air temperature at 95 degrees, I ran within 3 hundreds from the best run to the worst run. The adjusted altitude was 3700 feet and rising. The heat was brutal at No Problem.

Totally impressive. Just noticed it advertised yesterday on their website. Love to have it, but probably way over budget.

Sounds like a keeper to me. Some good 60’s for a hot track.

Just call Rob Youngblood he will fill you in. This new clutch will can be adjusted to slip in first gear. Plenty adjustment room. This is a nice piece.

Bruce, that clutch is cheaper than you think. The way I did it was to put so much down and send a check or two. Before long it was paid for. It’s the way to go.
