I have a 1970 accel poster with a chevy picture of a Ed Wright in a chevy from Tulsa.

It was put together with a lot of advice from Jere Stahl. Likely the brightest gentleman I ever met.
Nine passenger wagon. 225 hp Corvette 2X4 barrel, solid lifter engine option. Wagons were more popular back when we had to run 7” tires, and “track prep” had not come along yet. It would hook anywhere. When guys with 2 dr sedans complained about slick starting lines, I could tell no difference.
Very hard on the original trans & rear ends, with all that weight. We had to use original back then. Those old 3 speeds did not live very well.

Had to do some clutch work to improve the 3 speed’s life.
