S/ST COUNT FOR JOLIET NATIONAL
You know i always hear the Super Street guys on here like myself too...
complain about only 1 S/ST national in each division. Yet i look at the car count for Joliet and only 17 people have signed up so far... I know there are people out there right now with enough points to register now. So what are we waiting for? Look at S/G and S/C they are in the 50's and 60's all ready. LETS GO S/ST RACERS GET SIGNED UP OR STOP YELLING ABOUT ONLY 1 RACE... The Doughboy.... [:-veryangry-:][:-veryangry-:][:-veryangry-:]

Lee,
I am still trying to decide if they are worthy of my business or not. A National event for a Super Street racer in my opinion is not what it used to be. With only one National in the schedule, it does not have a purpose like a Divisional where you can earn points and race for a championship. On top of that, you go to a National event and you can expect these things: * More of an entry fee * Less of a pay out * Beg your contingency sponsers (some) for the money owed for your win * Kicked back farther into the pits * Pay even more money to the staff for them to do the job that they were hired to do in the first place to clean up my oil spill - God forbid that I blow my motor I will definately do all the Divisionals but as far as any National events, since I'm not qualified to be an All Star, I am hoping that all available slots fill up before I make my decision to attend. If I don't go, I will most likely be racing somewhere, but I will also be watching on the internet and rooting for you, wishing that I had gone. Am I disfunctional or what??????

One more reason, CBS can probably get you a pit spot near Scelzi and you can sell alot of cookies while CBS is getting fitted for his new ride.

The cookies would work well in Joliet......lots of traffic....probably make a fortune......
Its pretty hard to replace the feeling you get when you win a National....... CBS |
