Default Fuel/Vacuum Pump Combo

Anyone know of a fuel pump/vacuum pump combo? I know perterson has a oil/vacuum combo. By combo i mean one drive turns two pumps stacked together. Need to do this due to lack of space. Thanks.

Default Re: Fuel/Vacuum Pump Combo

To my knowledge there is no such thing as a fuel/vacuum pump combo as an available product. We did however do a one of a kind combo like this for a boat racer. He had a front mounted fuel pump that was driven off the front of the camshaft and the fuel pump shaft was exposed in the back of the pump with a bolt pattern around it. He sent us the fuel pump and we made a bracket to mount the vac pump to the fuel pump and a coupler for the two shafts. The great thing about it was that since the cam turns at half crankshaft RPM, the speed of the vac pump was correct. No belts or pulleys needed. It did however stack up pretty far from the engine. Not a problem in the boat but could be an issue in a car. The customer said it worked great.
We also coupled a vac pump to the rear of a Haley Davidson alternator for George Bryce in the very same fashion. We called it "The Vacunator".
