At approx 5:37 CDT while watching the Bristol races they had his run on Split screen..(3 other cars) in car camera, lower left of the screen.Looked to me like he released the button, ripped the blinder off..... blinder went to the right as he reached for the shifter.
I have no idea what the button is, but he came off and the car moved....instantly
Anyone see the same thing?

I think Drooze let the cat out of the bag with that last post..I believe where there is a will there is a way and yes you can do a wire with a delay in signal. Don't take my word for it, ask a pro sportsman racer...not saying they are but I do believe even from the foot pedal it has been done. NHRA may never have the patience to check this out..Lots of man hours that takes away from there executives pay...lol

It looks like Chrysler is testing new DP "Launch Control" transmission in Jeg's car.

I'm surprised there isn't more uproar about this.

Kinda funny, Jeggie cought cheating inadvertently by ESPN camera crews.

If he's so damn good why doesn't be footbrake it?

He could have a button there for practice for his .90 car. Don't you think NHRA tech would have checked that? If it's not connected to anything, just a dummy button, what could be wrong? Lots of negativity going on around here. Jeggie is good enough he doesn't have to cheat. Some guys,, like him, Fletcher, Biondo, etc, are just better drivers than the most of us. Not everybody we can't beat is cheating.

I would think a person would want to look at that car in the staging lanes to see if that button is connected to anything before making acusations.

Don't think the blinder deal is right.

Good one…switch on bracket has no wires. Figured I would try something different; since I am used to hitting the bottom with a trans brake. Switch with wires is clearly on the brake pedal. If I were using a delay box; I

There ya go. I can't imagine thinking the tech guys would be too dumb to notice that button.
