Sunnen CV 616
Had to hone a block this morning. Regular operator home sick. It seemed that no mater what settings were used the auto feed wouldn't keep consistent pressure. pressure would back off unless I kept slight pressure on feed wheel with my hand. Rough hone using diamond stones. Any thoughts on what may be wrong.

Re: Sunnen CV 616
Thanks for the replies. We tried adjusting the pressure wheel up to the max with no improvement. We also tried regular roughing stones with the same results. We are going to try the tech line for suggestions.

Increase the feed under the head.
