Did mine the other day Chris , it sucked big time , but I did get them .
It took nearly 24 hours for NHRA to send the email with an attachment so I could print the tickets .
There is a link on the D1 website with instructions , which are stupid confusing , but did get me thru it .
Did you get far enough to get a confirmation number ?
If you did you can get your tickets at credentials .

For further assistance please contact the Competition Department at 626 250-2449 ( copied from their website)

Jennifer Gregg-Lowe will send you via e-mail, the credential to print it out...She is the person who sent me mine after I had problems.

The procedure had to be followed exactly as instructed or you got nowhere....

It was rediculously complicated......and I am sure lots of others had problems too...

We had them print ours at the track for the Charlotte race but the line was very long at times with everyone else that were having the same problems.

I printed mine for both the Gators and Atlanta. I agree it was a very simple thing to do in the past, but having said that, I didn't have any issues with the new system either. I think everyone got used to being able to print them right away and now you have to wait for an email. For the Gators, I recieved an email within a couple of hours. For Atlanta, it was the next day.

Me> Still having issues when I get to the print page after filling all of the unnecessary BS to get to the print page.Maybe I should bill NHRA for my wasted time, Am I still worth $100 an hour ?
Why did they attempt to fix something that isn't or wasn't broken- My guess was to save $$$.
This falls in the same box with the new ETI Program that the Tech officials know nothing about !!

So if they have to email you it anyway, skip the bs and just email us when we need it.

Chris-- They don't have any issues taking our Credit Cards, That's like instant !
I've complained to NHRA to no avail- all I get is they are working on the problems--- for the last 6 months !

The process was in house supposedly but was scrapped in favor of having it done by an outside NHRA company. Don't know if that's true or not but it's what I was told.
