Live From ATCO / Maple Grove Lucas Race - .90 Style

Well we are live here from the ATCO….wait Maple Grove Lucas Race this weekend! I’m sure Keith will chime in also with some help & pics. Looking at the pits it looks packed but, tons of open spaces and cones everywhere. Lots of rigs in the field including some D2 racers who made the trip up.

Tonight they are having a candlelight vigil for fallen TD Racer Dave Batchelor who passed away suddenly last Saturday. He was just at the Stine race the weekend before so it was a shock to us all when we got the news.

Super Street is out first followed by Stock, SC, SSK, SG, Top and the Alky cars. Looks
Like 2 TT today with Top 8 to follow if the storms don’t get us.

We’ll Day # 2 here at the MG / ATCO D1 Race. For the first time in some time they were able to get the Top 8 races in and completed after 2 TT.

Looks like 1 time run and 1st round for all today.

As for me, I had a 15 pack and got sent home R1 thanks to John Magulli Sr. 14 pack! Great race and all I could do was shake his hand and give him a big hug!
