Angry Re: Veteran Issues

We should be ashamed of how the VA has been run! A clean house is needed. Jim

Default Re: Veteran Issues

I am currently being considered for a job as a Veterans Administration outreach program director in my county & While discussing some things I found out that guys that were stationed in certain areas of Korea especially near the DMZ and many of the support groups as well as some that had anything to do with Thailand also "may be eligible" for certain benefits from exposure to Agent Orange or other chemicals--- It all depends when(what years) and where you were stationed... If anyone was stationed in either of those areas it might be in your best interest to check with the VA to see if this applies to you. The VA has a list of those bases. Especially if either you or your children are having medical problems. For those who are no longer living their survivors might also be eligible for certain benefits too. If you need help possibly I can assist you not promising anything tho. Check with the VA first-- Dick Ullrich

Also forgot to add to my previous post that there are many other places in the world that Herbicides were stored or tested & you might have been exposed if you were in those areas during certain periods!!! Dick
