Super Stock Rd. 4 SNAFU?
Did anybody notice the S/S round 4 run between Rick McKinney and Rodger Comstock? Comstock had been dialing and running mid 8s all thru eliminations, but in Rd 4, his dial shows up as 9.65. McKinney had a bit better light, but broke out by .008, Comstock ran another mid 8, but since his dial is shown as 9.65, he broke out by .971, yet he was given the win. I don`t know if Comstock forgot to put a number on the window or not, but if he did, once he staged with the 9.65 on the scoreboard, he would have "bought" that dial, and since he broke out by more (WAY more!) than McKinney, how would he be awarded the win? And if the error was made in the reporting, why does it still show him as breaking out by more than 9 tenths more than McKinney? According to Drag Race Central, Comstock took the stripe by 100 feet, so it certainly sounds like he had the index dial. Just curious.

Rory, I watched replay, Roger Comstock dailed 8.65, race was close at end of track, not 100 feet.

OK, well that would make more sense. I guess there was a mistake in the DCR report then. Thanks.
