Re: div 3 tech inspection
just teasing with toy, but yes, write down all your numbers and have the tech card completely filled out and you will breeze right through.
ps, don't tell them you know Bob, you will be the one sitting over in the corner with all your panels off, lol j/k |

Re: div 3 tech inspection
ETI is an extended tech inspection, if you have it done once it is good for the year. However, I agree with Chuck, I have never seem them good at a LODRS or National event....only good for bracket racing.
The advice to put the sfi numbers and expiration info on the tech card is good advice, makes it easier for the tech guy. All tech is about the same...you get an occaisional harda..., but you'll be fine. They will always check your SFI tag inside your helmet and look at your gear....make sure it is in good shape. Sometimes you get a newbie, and they don't always know the rules...so don't be afraid to question something or have them look it up if in question. They all have a rule book in their pocket just for that reason. They all seem to have one thing that "they" look for, its seem they like to have a specialty, and every one is different. I got nailed one year for rubber valve stems in the front wheels (knew they needed changed, just kept forgetting) I had ran the Gators, Chicago, and the US Nationals with them and then get stopped in St. Louis the following year. See ya in Indy! Ron Back to 396V
