PAC contingency payment
I was very impressed with PAC this afternoon as I received a contingency check without having a sticker on the car. When doing the checklist at the end of the race I told our division tech director that I had no stickers on the car but he said to fill it out and he would confirm the parts and verify that indeed the car did not have the decal. Summit sent a nice and expected letter saying good job and you need to use the enclosed decals for payment in the future. I will continue to use PAC given the support they have shown.

Re: PAC contingency payment
I bet the tech director really likes having this put out there.

Re: PAC contingency payment
I agree.
Unless otherwise stipulated, I would not pay a contingency award without decal placement and the resultant benefit of company/product exposure. |

Re: PAC contingency payment
The tech director did the right thing and checked the box that said I did not have the decal. I was just publicly thanking PAC.

Re: PAC contingency payment
OP clearly stated the tech director noted that the decal was not present. PAC is a real stand up company and I for one will remember this.

Re: PAC contingency payment
PAC has paid me every one of the few times I won something without a decal. I have bought so many springs from them it's not funny and they strive to improve their stuff. Always works well. On my only National Event win, I had one company refused to pay me even though I had their tires on all four corners and I had bought bunches and bunches of tires from them. Could even say lots of tires. I still use lots and bunches of tires, but another brand.

Re: PAC contingency payment
I was paid this year for AFIS injectors without a decal but the DD could clearly see them.
