Default 1965 Mustang

Working on the mustang. The choke housing where the choke stove line threads into is broken off. It's a Motorcraft #1100 carb.Anyone know if I can get a replacement choke housing anywhere?Checked on internet,no luck yet.

Check with a local early Mustang car club. They can probably help. Maybe these guys.

Wow...and nobody in the shop or family could take it over? They sure put a nice street Autolite 4300 together. I've known a few guys plus myself that have run them on restored AMX'es. Pony made them run way better than factory.

I was gonna get a carb for my wifes 67 Mustang from them this winter. Will have to see if one of the repro companies have any leftovers in stock.

Ed, I'll inquire with a local carb re-builder that keeps a very large inventory of cores...lots of old stuff. Let you know on Monday.

Classic Inlines...I've sold him cores, he may have one. If not, I think I have access to one last 1100, it's on a 62 Ranchero 170...

Doesn't the 4bl and 2bl use the same choke housing? 2bl might be easier to find. Check with Moneymaker too.
