Default Truck/Trailer Licensing

Not sure if this is old news or not, or even if it's a "done deal," but we thought we'd pass it along anyway. If someone from the state of Iowa knows more about this, please let me know.

In California that would have taken at least 8 pages to write the same thing and the cost would be triple, or more!

According to my daughters neighbor in Iowa City Iowa who works for the DMV in Iowa the bill was killed in committee in April 2014---- not sure of its status at this time--- but it passed the committee 10-2 with 3 absent-at the time of voting---did not go to the full Iowa Senate etc. to be voted on--- great piece of legislation shame other states or at least at the Federal level could not get on board to pass similar legislation sure would eliminate a lot of "gray areas" in the rules/law--FED 387
