Angry Heat Index

Well the heat index hit 115 degrees here in Mid Georgia today, and the next couple of days don't look much better!

Red face Re: Heat Index

Had to have the A/C guy come out today and dump more freon in the system. Appears my brand new system came with all the bells and whistles including a frigging leak! Heat index here in Central Florida was 106 today. Jim

I'm loving it. We are in the vending business. Heat is good for drink sales.

Cool Re: Heat Index

There aren't many days in the summer when we can say I'm glad I'm here in Scottsdale, Arizona but today was one of them. Although damn hot (106) the humidity was 14%. Not good but manageable!

Yea, and being an auto tech is not the right job to have right now. I work in a new car dealership with poor ventilation in the shop. Try working on cars all day ( 7-5 ) after they have come off the freeway. Talk about being hot!!! And tomorrow they are calling for 97, not counting the humidity. I envy the techs working in AC equipped shops.
