Default Connecting Rods

Is there anyone experimenting with using a shorter connecting rod length pros / cons

Time the piston dwells @ TDC and BDC ??!!

Yea, It's worth something... A big D.Q. in Stock & Super Stock the rods have to be: Length tolerances are +/- .025" from rod lengths shown in NHRA Tech Bulletins that is taken from the NHRA site on NHRA accepted Rods
Could this be the reason for the lack of answers to your question?

Exactly. Wasn't worth answering. The answer is clearly defined in the rulebook.

I can't remember where I read it, but I believe David Reher's position is that the best connecting rod is the one that fits.

A lot of incorrect information on this article.

The choice rod length is dictated by the deck height, angle and width of the block.
