Re: A subject for discussion on a winter's day.
Ed, I am not going to enter this battle of nonsense, but I am going to
tell you that Barry Parker is a very intelligent, talented, Class Racer. I hope before I quit racing, which might be soon if I use your age scale, that I know half of what he knows about building and running a Stocker. Everyone of us that run S/SS hold him, Billy, and others in very high regard. Not a popular place to try to insult either one. Congrats to your son on his good season. Congrats to Barry & Billy for being the people they are. J.R. Haddad |

Re: A subject for discussion on a winter's day.
again Billy unlike YOU, I ain't attacked anyone and Ken hasn't contacted me so I haven't crossed any line either. Wounded egos don't count.
That said, I stated my opinion as well as facts about some that have posted here and the other threads. More important, I don't see one top 10 driver in stock posting in any of these threads complaining about the NHRA, the alledged problems and questioning the health of sportsman racing. So tell me Billy how far down this years Stock Eliminator points list do I need to go to find those posting here complaining. Top 20? top 30? top 100?, top 300? tell me. I guess attack is different in NJ than it is in the mid-west. A good thing you don't drink coffee with my group. No need to respond as I am out of here.

Re: A subject for discussion on a winter's day.
If the tracks can’t make money then there’s going to be more closing to become insurance lots, condominiums, you name it.

Re: A subject for discussion on a winter's day.
if the tracks can't make money, that's on them not the NHRA. With the exception of alcohol cars, what we do is of little interest to the general public and hasn't been for at least 3 decades.
