I've run QA1, Koni, Strange, Afco & Penske.

Penske is in a class of its own if you ask me.

Call Shane Sweigart @ Penske (610) 375-6180.

It will be the last time you look anywhere else and the track side support is second to none. Shane is at most every National and all D1 races supporting his customers.

Thumbs up Re: Shocks

Tom & Rick,
In support of the "older strange double adjustable shocks". I have them on my car. Both knobs on the bottom. I run S/G and Q32 with the same car.
I leave the shock settings the same for both classes. On the Pro side I leave at 5,600 and the bracket side 4,600. The car weighs 2,485lbs. with me in it race ready and I made 1,374hp and 1,014lbs of torque on the dyno.
I've never had an issue with them thus far. I would buy another set without question.

Does anyone have experience with Viking? Relatively new on the scene, all double adjustable with prices that will not break the bank.

While I don't own any yet, I have heard good things about them.

My son has them on a 68 Barracuda Drag Week car and likes them.

I have seen many folks say they like them. One guy I know had his dynoed by a guy very familiar with the Penske shocks and he was impressed.

My son's set was missing a pair of bushings. He was pleased with the support and they got him a set quickly.
