I too run 110, in an iron head 406 with 13.2 to 1 compression,(Probe pistons), typical Comp Cam roller with 630/672 lift, with Manley crank and rods. The heads are some old Motown 220s we had laying around,, did a freshen up on them and port match on a 2925 Super Victor,, threw a Proform/Holley hybrid 750 on it and made 625 on the dyno,, not earth shattering, but decent. The motor liked the smaller carb, as it lost hp with an 850 and a 950 we had with us. The 110 fuel seems fine. Good luck with your project.
