Default Data recorder equipment

Racers,

Which company do you like for a user-friendly system? Also, which company gives good tech support?

Racepak has been fairly user friendly for me. Tech support from Racepak has been very poor, but Greg Kelley at Motorsports Innovations (where I purchased the system) has been extremely helpful.

Larry - look into the RPM DL-10. We've been using it in the S10 and it has been 100% reliable, and other friends also use it. I believe one of the well known dragster builders (Racetech?) has begun using them, also.

Clark, do you run O2 Sensors on that S10 with the RPM DL-10?

Thanks,

Thanks,
Yes we do run an O2. It comes with RPM and Voltage, and we added the driveshaft sensor and accelerometer with the O2.

Computech in my car is easy to use. Excellent tech support. Every time I have called they answer the phone and help you thru it. Really helpful when you are not a computer whiz.
