1964 Savoy Aluminum SS build
I have started my build of my original 1964 Plymouth Savoy Aluminum car, I will be doing all the build myself with help from My wife, kids and some close friends. This should be a fun journey as my target is to race it next year as me and both my Max Wedges will be 50 years old. I have started by repairing some of the body modifications done to run it as a 4 speed and fender well headers. So far the Trans tunnel is repaired as well as the inner fenders and I am about 40% done fabricating the cage.
I have tried to attach some photos I am not sure if the will work. Darcy Clarke 6254 A/SA SS/JA |

Hey Bob
Things a Dad will do for his kids!! I told Carla and the kids I would get some ribbing. It should make a great car for the girls. We are going to try and make it to the divisionals hopefully see you and Charlene there. Darcy Clarke 6254 A/SA SS/JA |

These are some photos of the the car as i got it, not race ready. It has a steel nose and I was lucky enough to locate the Aluminum components that were missing.

I hear you Mark unfortunately I am sure I wouldn't pass tech with the inner fenders cut out that much, as well some of the cutting was a little rough.

I will be running the High Compression Max Wedge. I think should be a good challenge.
