Re: Cic race
Bryan,
Yes, the trigger is -.70. I know some would argue it could be raised, but I feel that this helps give some other cars a better chance. Instead of sending a bunch of cars only going -.80 with a -.90 trigger for example. It makes it a little more interesting. The trigger was -1.00 before the indexes were lowered. So, it is still the same trigger as before.

Re: Cic race
I agree, the .70 is a good trigger! In a race like this, it really shows who knows how to driver their cars with the horsepower they have! Two cars I considered HEAVY favorites didn't last too long! I guess that's why they don't race Comp!
I ran the first CIC race, and can't wait to run another one! So much fun! Congrats to Brad for the win! As he showed, it's all about getting to the late rounds as clean as you can. |

Re: Cic race
Talked with Pat Joffrion this afternoon and he said that next year for the CIC race, they are going to run it on Thursday with all run! Sounds like fun for everyone!

Re: Cic race
Bryan, I agree! Last year's CIC in Belle Rose was so much fun. Remember, Lee and Brian are having one the Friday of the Numidia 5K race this year. Larry, thanks for the info. It killed me to not go to Belle Rose this year but I'm sure we will try to make it next year as long as it is the week after Gainesville. That's a really long drive for us for one race.

Re: Cic race
Everybody always thanks Larry for the info and pics. As far as I know, Patsy does all the 'live from' updates. Thanks, Patsy!
