what car is dan running in ss/ia? did he switch the check mate car back to a traditional super stocker?

Yes. Dan is no longer running in the modified classes. Same 69 Camaro, different engine.

wonder why the switch inst there more ss/ia cars then ss/as cars? thought he could avoid going heads up in ss/as

I talked to Dan at Charlotte, I got the feeling he just wasn't happy in the modified classes. He had the modified engine for sale there, he was pitted next to us.

Is he using the 255hp 350 for SS/IA ,the car ran J years ago and he won alot with that combo
