Default Quadrajet Carb Sizes

I need some help determining the differences in carbs.
What is different in these carbs?
1375x2250/1093xAV
1375x2250/1218xAV

I know the first two numbers are the primary and secondary bore sizes. What about the last numbers? These (1218) seem to be used more on big block cars.

Thanks,
Ty

Those numbers are for the primary venturi sizes. The 1.093 is referred to as a 750 CFM and the 1.218 a 800 CFM. Depending on the application, both sizes were used by Chevy, Buick, Olds, and Pontiac. Danny @ Q-Jet Performance.

Danny,

Thanks for the reply and information. That's what I was thinking, but me and thinking seem to have issues.

Appreciate it!
