Like Gump said, click on NHRA competition tool bar then on left side bottom of page click on Mellow Yellow Contingency payout on the left side bottom of page!

I made $4900 last year from Pomona including $1500 NHRA. I removed the Magnafuel decal before Pomona and didn't have the decal for Jiffy-tite and Simpson Helmets so with those 3 would have been $5800. The ones that paid were all paid within 2 months of the race.

Re: national event payout
No you are correct , the actual monies paid by NHRA are no longer listed as they once were .
I believe the actual posting ,like the 2 page postings with payouts by both NHRA and all the sponsors disappeared around the time of the last National Dragster "enhancement"

Re: national event payout
Apparently, the answer you seek is not available here. Perhaps
you should contact the people who are paying the money. I believe in this case that would be NHRA. I believe they have offices in California & Indiana. Maybe you could Google NHRA & get contact information. J.R. |

Re: national event payout
I looked for that info prior to Charlotte and couldn't find it. IT used to be in dragster but haven't seen it lately. I rarely read it though.

Re: national event payout
Thanks, guys.
So ,as I thought, the payout is about 1/3 of what it was a couple of decades ago, @ 3 times the entry cost. As I've been saying since 2005, the independent S/SS events are a better option for a lot of you guys.

Re: national event payout
Hasn't been in the Dragster for years. Maybe they began to feel a bit of embarrassment by publishing it. Don't see that information for the divisionals anymore either.
