Default ET prediction with weather change ?

I have the old BG calculator that I use for predicting ET with weather change. On gas Im was seeing every 133 ft. of weather change I would have .01 in ET change. Ive done a lot of carb work on existing car and now I'm at every 160 ft of weather and change .01 in ET. My question is. What are some of the numbers others are getting for ET change? I was told that 160 FT per .01 was really, really good running gas.

Jeff, I've always used the ET correction factor to predict the ET based on the new weather conditions. The ET corrected to standard conditions should be the same from day to day assuming proper jetting, good track conditions and no configuration changes. If you take the corrected ET and divide it by the current correction factor you will get the ET prediction. It has worked for me to +/- .001 secs. I'm assuming your weather station gives you the correction factor, i.e. the number that the actual ET is multiplied by to get the corrected ET.

I would say that Professor Vic is on the money here. I never had good luck trying to save run data from track to track, especially around here , or with using some kind of sliding scale. I just correct from the last previous run , if it did everything right.
For instance, going off Friday am , Saturday, 1st round showed a 14.617 corrected slightly. Car ran a .615.
Unfortunately , we were dialed a .62.

The BG calculator already corrects uses dyno correction.. Sometimes I will use it and also what the previous run and weather to predict. My carb tune previous was not spot on because of ET change at only 133 ft. Now its averaging 165 per ft for .01 ET change. So I'm gaining on tune being very consistent. Which is helping from daytime time runs and night time eliminations. Thanks for the input
